Hi! I’m Trix…

… and I’m so pleased you’ve found me here!

I’m a Yoga Teacher and Nutritional Coach, who has an obsession with all things yoga and sleep… and hence The Sleep Yogi was born!

A few years back, I developed sleep disturbances and insomnia which led me down the path of yoga and wellness coaching. I’d now love to share all I’ve learnt with you!
